Is there a dark mode?

  • Yes, Instantli adopts the corresponding setting of the operating system.

Does Instantli support plain text files (.txt, .csv, etc.)?

  • .txt files are supported by default. Other plain text formats will be included in the analysis; the preview for these will be available in a future update.

Can sources other than MS365 be integrated?

  • MS365 accounts can be integrated by default. The integration of other external accounts can be implemented on request.

Can documents be displayed directly in Office?

  • The Office Web Preview is generally supported. Additionally, the Instantli Preview includes a web edit functionality that allows you to edit MS365 documents directly in Instantli.

Does knecon Technologie GmbH store or process my data?

  • No data is stored or processed. Only the technical query is temporarily stored for analysis purposes and then deleted.

Is data transmitted to Microsoft when my MS356 account is connected?

  • The entered query is technically translated and transmitted to Microsoft for data synchronization (with OneDrive or SharePoint).

  • Please note that queries relating to local data are also transmitted to Microsoft. If you do not want that, you can deactivate the external account by toggling the on/off switch: Settings > Accounts > Microsoft 365 > Off.

Is sensitive data encrypted?

  • Yes, sensitive data such as usernames, passwords, etc., is encrypted and not included in the technical query.

  • Feedback and system irregularities can be reported at support.instantli.com.
