Is there a dark mode?
Yes, Instantli adopts the corresponding setting of the operating system.
Does Instantli support plain text files (.txt, .csv, etc.)?
.txt files are supported by default. Other plain text formats will be included in the analysis; the preview for these will be available in a future update.
Can sources other than MS365 be integrated?
MS365 accounts can be integrated by default. The integration of other external accounts can be implemented on request.
Can documents be displayed directly in Office?
The Office Web Preview is generally supported. Additionally, the Instantli Preview includes a web edit functionality that allows you to edit MS365 documents directly in Instantli.
Does knecon Technologie GmbH store or process my data?
No data is stored or processed. Only the technical query is temporarily stored for analysis purposes and then deleted.
Is data transmitted to Microsoft when my MS356 account is connected?
The entered query is technically translated and transmitted to Microsoft for data synchronization (with OneDrive or SharePoint).
Please note that queries relating to local data are also transmitted to Microsoft. If you do not want that, you can deactivate the external account by toggling the on/off switch: Settings > Accounts > Microsoft 365 > Off.
Is sensitive data encrypted?
Yes, sensitive data such as usernames, passwords, etc., is encrypted and not included in the technical query.
